Our mission, “to be a caring and involved financial partner in our community,” showcases how much we value our community. We fulfill this mission through our Financial Education Programs, Community Engagement opportunities, Staff Volunteer Hours, and Event Sponsorship.
2025 Impact
Organizations Served
We served 45+ organizations in the Barry County area in 2025. Including the Delton, Middleville, and Hastings Area Schools, Barry County United Way, YMCA of Barry County, Community Action, Rotary, Kiwanis, and the Commission on Aging.
Volunteer Hours Completed
TCU staff served 1,578 hours in our community during 2025.

Making Cents for Students

Want an easy way to help your business and employees grow? Do you want to promote financial wellness among your staff? We would love to set up an individualized Lunch and Learn for you and your employees.
Poverty Walk Events
Step into the reality of growing poverty in our neighborhoods. Our Poverty Walk simulation uses real Barry County statistics to create an immersive experience. This authenticity lets you walk in the shoes of a family facing real-life struggles, fostering deeper understanding and empathy for those impacted by poverty. It is highly recommended for employers, teachers, elected board members, and any other professionals who work with financially diverse populations.
